This is Grupo Kudla’s first project and, therefore, the most significant for the company.

Its name already inspires a degree of well-being and exclusivity which will be within the reach of  homeowners in this Paradise on earth.

This residential and tourist resort is located close to Tetuán, in Aouchtam, commune of Zaouiat Sidi Kassem, on the Wadlaw road.

Over a 48-hectare area, with impressive views of the Mediterranean, exclusive residential developments will be built, along with sports and leisure activities,  to the high standard of a luxurious resort:

- Apartments and villas built to the very highest architectural standards.
- A de-luxe 5-star hotel with160 rooms and a large Spa.
- A 9-hole golf course.
- Restaurants, lounges and popular brand name boutiques.
- Sports area with swimming pools, tennis courts etc.
- Gardens and leisure areas throughout the resort.

The total planned investment is some 230 million euros and the completion date is set for the year 2012.
