- Infrastructures and urbanism: Mak Yol
Makyol is a construction company which specializes in infrastructure development, shopping malls and major residential and tourist projects. With more than 42 years experience, it is one of the most experienced companies in this sector, always at the forefront when it comes to new trends.
Their collaboration with the Kudla group is based on the development of all infrastructure and access routes for the Golf Paradise Resort project.

- Architects: Cabinet d'Architectes El Kenfaoui
The architects of the Grupo Kudla projects are among the most renowned in the kingdom of Morocco, and they are currently designing the future tourist resorts of Golf Paradise Resort, the Nuevo Azla Tourist Resort, and Marina Andalous.
- Technical analysis: Techniprojet
Techniprojet, based in Rabat, is a multidisciplinary practice, set up in 1977, and with broad experience and know-how in terms of the technical analysis of the construction sector’s most important projects and Morocco’s industrial sector.

- Project management: Amana Management Group
Amana Consortium is a multidisciplinary, Engineering and Project Management company. In the 90s, the company grew internationally, offering project management and handover services.
- Laboratory of Studies: LPEE
LPEE is a public laboratory of civil and industrial engineering studies which offers high-level services in materials and structure, transport infrastructure, hydraulic projects and port services.

A possible collaboration with the international company, TGR Group, which has over 100 years experience in the construction of luxury resorts and management of top-quality tourist hotels and resorts situated in the most exotic locations around the world, is being considered.
Grupo Jumeira is one of the world leaders in hotel management and design and development of internationally-renowned tourist resorts, and is in negotiations with Grupo Kudla for the management of the New Azla Tourist Resort’s Marina.
Finally, the Kudla Group is being advised by the international consulting firm LBA about the possible development of an amusement park in northern Morocco. The LBA company (Leisure Business Advisors LLC) provides an uncommon experience of more than 20 years in counselling and developing major entertainment projects in North America, Europe, Asia or Africa, such as theme parks in Russia, Spain, Greece, Saudi Arabia, the U.S., Singapore and China, water parks in Costa Rica and the United States, or casinos and golf courses, among many other projects.
