Cité Jardin de Meloussa

With a total area of approximately 120 hectares, the  Cité Jardin de Meloussa project represents a significant development opportunity  for a new residential area which will benefit  future residents of the locality and, in particular, employees of the free area of Meloussa, and the Renault factory.

The residential project is designed to take into account total respect for nature and the surrounding areas, its inspiration coming from broad experience in the realms of resource usage, including drinking water and energy.

    

Amusement Park

Kudla Group, one of the most important investors in terms of property and tourism in Morocco, is studying the possibility of developing an amusement park in the north of the country to meet the demands brought about by the constant increase of tourists and residents in this area over the coming years.

One of the options being considered is an agreement with US group, Disney, for the creation of a new Disneyworld park.

    

Cultural and sports projects

Tétouan is one of the Moroccan cities which has succeeded in preserving its typical Andalusian architecture to the present day, giving it a prominent position in the cultural heritage of the world.

    

For this reason, Kudla Group aims to be actively involved in conserving the cultural heritage of this northern Morocco city, aiding the preservation of its cultural wealth and highly distinctive monuments.

The group has recently acquired 8 Ryads for its restructuring and the transformation of the city of Tétouan into museums and cultural areas.

In its determination, too, to cooperate in the improvement and well-being of the villages in the areas where it operates, Kudla Group is to develop a High-Performance Sports Centre in Tétouan, where there will be a school of football and other popular activities, where the area’s youth will be able to enjoy their favourite sport and where elite athletes will have a place to train.
