KUDLA GROUP

GRUPO KUDLAKudla Group, subsidiary of INTECO in Morocco, operates in this country as Kudla Investissements, a private limited company (S.A.R.L.).

Kudla Investissements, directly responsible for the group's property developments in North Morocco, is based in the city of Tetouan, having excellent communication links with the rest of the Moroccan Mediterranean coastline and with Spain.

The companies which comprise Kudla Group are:

- Kudla Investissements
- Kudla Nord
- Kudla Tétouan
- Kudla Deportivo

Kudla Group owns some 1,500 hectares of land in Morocco and plans to invest approximately 500 million euros over the coming years in several top-level, residential and holiday resorts in the north of Morocco.

The first project from the development group is already a reality, with the 48-hectare urban and tourist development close to Tetuán, a residential golfing resort called Golf Paradise Resort.
